PCD and PCBN cutting tools, such as reamer, milling cutter,end mill, etc. are mainly used for finishing machining in different aera such as auto parts, engine parts, aviation, military industry and other machining for metal or non-metal material. The reamers are used for hole machining such as engine parts. Milling tools is suit for plane machining. The ND tools are short for natural diamond tools. The are used for repairing the wheel during the production.  

 The tools made from PCD or PCBN material,which are widely used for industries such as antomobile,tractor,motor,metallurgical machinery,aviation,machinery,electric machinery,diesel locomotive,houdehold appliances and military industry,etc.And have greatly promoted the development of cutting processing industry and advance manufacturing technology.

* High hardness,good wear resistance,little coefficient of friction and good adhesiveness resistance.

* The hardness of PCBN is HV4500,the hardness of PCD is higher than HV6500,which is greatly higher than hard alloy,it has good wear resistance,the abrasive resistance of tool made from it is about 50-200times of carbide cutter.PCD cutter mostly used for high precision processing of non-ferrous metal(copper,aluminum alloy),it is also fit for finish cutting of nonmetal such as porcelain,synthetic fibre.  

PCBN cutter is fit for the processing of high hardness ferrous metal and alloy(e.g.Quenching steel and chilled cast iron),the hardness of workpiece is above HRC50.
